Learning by being…

It is never too late…

Dear Tessa, my sweet daughter (13), a friend shared this beautiful ‘song’:

Some minutes ago I finished a zoom meeting (Facilitator.One) with friends I am meeting since a long time, once a week.

One thing I heard myself say was that the greatest obstacle for me learning music, or doing anything interesting, was my deep fear of making mistakes, of feeling uncomfortable in myself (I felt intimidated / paralyzed by thoughts and feelings).

Life is the most beautiful and precious gift, but we are stuck (and call it ‘normal’) when we identify/contract ourself as the private thinker and feeler.

🕊️

Tessa, I love you, and wish you a beautiful life;
however this may look like 🥰.
Risk to be wrong, it is always a win-win!

“In a twinkle of an eye ye can be healed.”

“It is your Father’s [Life/Reality/Nature’s] good pleasure to give you the Kingdom [all you need to be happy, here and now]”.

Fun and excitement is only on the surface;
there is so much more to N❤️W that thinking cannot control or figure out; but as a personal person we are too afraid or misguided to dis-cover.

“All of humanity’s problems
stem from man’s inability
to sit quietly [effortlessly] in a room
alone for five minutes.”

Blaise Pascal
(he was a famous and intelligent guy).

Tessa, as a cool idea:
experiment with writing, play with words…
dis-cover your own voice 🎶.

Don’t judge it!
It may take many years… but explore and risk being messy. Mind and speech is a life skill and journey that will nurture you in uncounted ways.

If you feel unhappy, bored, lonely, restless, sick…
it’s most likely simply a misunderstanding of who and what you are 😎.

It’s hard to talk about our true nature, because in essence you are not a ‘thing’, you are not a piece of flesh.

You know where to find me.
“Ask and ye shall receive”.

Peace,
Holger

On one level it is totally simple,
but as ‘grownups’ we love to complicate:
